Birdville ISD in conjunction with Haltom City Lions Club offers the items listed below and in all advertising for sale and reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All items are sold "AS IS,  WHERE IS" with NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Despite our efforts to avoid withdrawals of items after they have been advertised, it may become necessary ; therefore, the right is reserved to do so by Birdville ISD and / or Haltom City Lions Club.  Additional items may be added. Titles to vehicles will be mailed in ten (10) banking days. Buyer must provide proof of current insurance.

REMOVAL

Day of the auction until 5:00 p.m. All items must be CHECKED-OUT by Haltom City Lions Club personnel prior to leaving the premises. This is on a first-come, first -serve basis. Haltom City Lions Club and/or Auctioneer are not responsible for any items left after 5:00 p.m. day of auction. All items purchased must be removed. Buyers are not allowed to leave anything behind. Buyer must provide their own labor, equipment, supplies and/ or material for packaging and loading merchandise. Thank you for your cooperation.
