Texas State Tax Exemption Certificates
| The State of Texas requires
Auctioneers to have a Texas Resale Certificate or a Sales/Use
Exemption Certification when Dealers and/or Exempt Organizations
complete a tax exempt transaction. If you anticipate making such a
transaction with us, you can obtain a copy of the appropriate form
in advance by visiting one of the Texas Comptroller's Websites
below.
